    Fresh family food, the Cypriot way

    Yiaya Christalla (Yiayia is Greek for Grandma) inspired us to create our own kitchen fuelled by family love and a passion for good food. At her house in Famagusta, a long table shaded by grape vines would be covered with bowls filled with her secret recipes. From Sheftalia (Cypriot sausage) and Yemesita (stuffed peppers) to homemade Haloumi and freshly caught octopus – every evening was a feast!

    The climate, culture, local ingredients and love for family and food epitomised Yiayia’s kitchen. Today, with pride, our own kitchen strives to offer you a sense of the same. Enjoy.
